  • Items that are not in resalable condition, or whose packaging or contents are damaged, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Swimwear

3. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please log in to your account and create a return request via the Mega Support Center on your order details page.
